    3. Softly touch and move the BeautyAid's vibrating head in a circle on your skin.  Continue to move the device constantly, avoiding staying in one spot for 5-10 minutes.  (A 10-hour interval is required before next use).

    4. After use, clean your massaged face or body with warm water.  Also, clean the vibrating head and put on the PP cover to protect it.

  2. Use these simple precautions:

    1. During the first 4 weeks of use, it's recommended that you use the device daily or every second day for 5-10 minutes with a 10-hour interval between uses.  If you are satisfied with the treatment's effect, it is enough to use it once a week to maintain your results.  Using the BeautyAid in this way, will cause no side effects.  The treatment is safe.

    2. The BeautyAid is not recommended for people with hypertension, epilepsy, lupus or pacemakers.  Don't use the BeautyAid if you are pregnant.  Please see the directions for details.  Do not use with implants, on eyeballs or on ears.
