This course is a required pre-requisite course for all those entering into the field of our natural wellness and health programs, particularly the Integrated Aromatic Sciences and Nutrient Health Sciences programs. It addresses the anatomy of the human body and the functioning and physiology of body systems.
This is a 4 day intensive course with home assignments and research projects. It will help students apply the knowledge for bodywork purposes, energy work, and visualizations – all areas of healing. It’s an exciting, comprehensive program taught at a university standard.

The Mayor of the City of Brampton, Ontario, Susan Fennel, officially recognized the new wellness school on September 14, 2006 with a ribbon cutting ceremony and the presentation of a plaque. The Open House Ceremony was held at the Institute's newly renovated offices at 7700 Hurontario St., Suite 408 in Brampton, Ontario.
The presentation that formally opened the Institute of Energy Wellness Studies was well attended by many prestigious guests. Guests included Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, Dr. Gregory Gerber, Dr. Geoffre Riley and Dr. Lucille Necas.After the ceremony, guests enjoyed chatting with the staff, a tour of the beautiful new facilities and a healthy snack. Dr. Sabina's friends, family, students, clients, and associates all joined in wishing her a healthful and prosperous endeavour leading others on their wellness path.

BRAMPTON, Ontario - Sep 2 2006 - The Institute of Energy Wellness Studies (IEWS) is holding its open house on Thursday, September 14th at its newly expanded location in Brampton, 7700 Hurontario Street, #408, from 4:30pm to 10:00pm. The Mayor of Brampton plans to be in attendance for the ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for 4:45 pm.Everyone is invited to peruse information on various programs that offer personal or professional training in natural health and energy wellness. The event will include an array of healthy food & drink plus a live presentation by Dr. DeVita. There will be ten minute "Rejuve your Body" treatment sessions available in the EESystem.
The open house is also a fundraiser for the . The IPSP is a neutral organization, politically and religiously, working towards peace and enforcement of respect for life and human rights among all people in the world. Donations can be made by purchasing raffle tickets during the event. Prizes include organic aromatic facials, Energy Enhancement Healing, detox foot baths and more.

IEWS is now proudly accredited by the Canadian Examining Board of Health Care Practitioners as an approved school program particularly for our integrated aromatic sciences practitioners’ designation. CEBHCP has created a new designation - Integrated Aromatic Sciences to meet with the IEWS’ new aromatic program based on the French system of application of essential oils.Now you can be certified in the U.S. and Canada! The Canadian Examining Board of Health Care Practitioners Designations are recognized in many countries including the U.S. and the commonwealth.
Our IASP Certificate results in the designation of Certified Integrated Aromatic Sciences Practitioner - C-IASP - 300 hours from the Canadian Examining Board.
Our IASP Diploma program results in the designation of Registered Integrated Aromatic Sciences Practitioner - R-IASP - another 350 hours (totalling 650 hours) from the Canadian Examining Board. IEWS diploma programs have met the CEBHCP's stringent standards for its legal designations.

About Your Instructors for the Basic Program:
Dr. David Stewart, Ph.D., D.N.M.
- Dr. David Stewart studied theology, philosophy, and English at Central Methodist College in Fayette, Missouri (1955-58).
- Studied chemistry, biology and social sciences at Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg (1962-63).
- He also studied commercial photography at Los Angeles Trade Technical College (1959-60).
- He completed a BS degree in Mathematics and Physics Missouri School of Mines and Metallurgy in 1965.
- Dr. Stewart is also a Registered Aroma therapist (RA) with the nationally recognized Aromatherapy Registration Council (ARC). He has authored or coauthored over 200 published works including sixteen books.
- Two of his books won the "Books of the Year" Award from the American Journal of Nursing. One of his flyers on breastfeeding (published by La Leche League International, LLLI) sold over two million copies in ten languages.
- He has spoken throughout the U.S. and Canada and given international presentations in Lima, Peru and in Bogotá, Colombia.
- He also taught seminars throughout Australia.
- Obtained his PhD from the University of Missouri at Rolla in 1971
- He taught for 7 years at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and also for 5 years at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.
- He has just completed a new book entitled, The Chemistry of Essential Oils Made Simple (God's Love Manifest in Molecules). His two other aromatherapy books are: Healing Oils of the Bible and A Statistical Validation of Raindrop Technique.
